Consume these things immediately

Check blood sugar after 20 minutes

Check your blood sugar level again after 20 of taking any of these things. If your sugar level has not increased, then take one of the above mentioned diets, so that you get enough carbohydrates and your sugar level will increase.

What to do to reduce blood sugar?

May your blood sugar level always be maintained and you do not have the problem of hypoglycemia again and again, so you should keep a few things in mind.

  1. Eat 3 times daily and try to eat daily at the same time.
  2. Take light snacks 1 time between breakfast and lunch, then 1 time between lunch and dinner to maintain blood sugar level maintenance.
  3. Do not stay hungry or eat or drink for more than 4-5 hours. Do eat something in between this time.
  4. Exercise at least 30 minutes to 1 hour daily. If you are not in a state of exercise or have any problem, then even if you just walk, but be physically active.
  5. Keep checking your blood sugar level regularly.
  6. Consult your doctor at least 1 time a month, inform your condition and explain your problems.
